This would be impossible without the hardwork of our RBTs. We teach you how to increase skills to expand learners language, social, daily living, play and leisure, motor, learning, and academic skills while decreasing skills that are a barrier to learning. We value quality, kindness, and consistency with our team members. TPBS provides services to individuals ages 2-18 in the Atlanta area. Our goal is to increase learner outcomes by supporting all team members to learn, grow, and catch the ABA passion. We offer opportunities for RBTs to develop their career. We offer support and high quality training hour for individuals completing experience towards their BCaBA and BCBA certificate.

Responsibilities:
Provide one on one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy (Collect behavior and skill acquisition data, implement behavior intervention plans, and treatment plans) Work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor Be Consistent, communicative & collaborative. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Maintain professional communication with families and team member Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Requirements:
RBT certification Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Excellent time management skills Must have experience working with children

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
