About Us At A Brighter Alternative ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism throughout Georgia. Our mission is to create a better experience for both families and clinicians by focusing on meaningful clinical support, manageable caseloads, and high-quality care. We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Douglas
GA 31533
Position Overview As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a supportive and mission-driven ABA company.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
