Job Description

Location:
Home Time:
2-7pm (Tuesday/Wednesday) Friday 3-5pm. Job Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support the clients in achieving their goals. Duties
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
  • Collect data on client progress and behaviors
  • Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in therapy implementation
  • Educate and train caregivers on implementing behavior management techniques Qualifications
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and practices
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of medical terminology related to patient care
  • Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
