Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -
Full-Time Daycare Setting:
Hoschton, GA 30548 (in home potential as well) Starting at $25+ per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses Full Time; Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm Are you a passionate, certified RBT ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our client, a leading provider of evidence-based behavioral therapy services, and become part of a team dedicated to helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders thrive. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Collect and document data to track client progress Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care Support clients in homes, schools, and clinic settings Assist with behavior support and crisis management when needed What We're Looking For Active RBT Certification Current BLS/CPR certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license CPR certification (can be completed upon hire) A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism reach their fullest potential
