Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time/Part-Time Core Connections Behavioral Associates - Kennesaw, GA Position Overview Core Connections Behavioral Associates is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with developmental needs. This role involves delivering direct therapy, supporting skill development, and helping clients make meaningful progress in their daily lives. Primary Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior support protocols Accurately record session data and client progress Assist in implementing individualized goals and programs Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure effective treatment Complete required session notes and documentation in a timely manner Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Understanding of ABA principles and behavioral teaching strategies Previous experience in behavioral health, education, childcare, or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow clinical direction and work independently when needed Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required by start date Ability to pass background screening and meet state requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Schedule Part-Time with full time potential Monday through Friday Primarily clinic and school-based services Minimal driving between locations

Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay:
