Job Description

Best Behavior Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for clients ages 5 and under. This role is ideal for a BCBA student seeking high-quality, clinical-led mentorship. Key Responsibilities Implement 1:1 behavioral interventions based on established treatment plans.
Accurate Data Collection:
Maintain precise, real-time data on target behaviors and skill acquisition via Hi Rasmus Participate in frequent, in-person supervision Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical director. Day time availability required. Schedule is M-F 10am-3pm for summer; schedule may change in Fall.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$29.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
