We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our founding clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who wants to provide high-quality, child-centered care while helping shape the culture of a growing clinic. You'll work alongside supportive leadership in a fun jungle-themed environment where children, families and team members feel welcomed and valued. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Create and update skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Supervise, train and support RBTs Analyze data and make clinically appropriate treatment decisions Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families Complete required documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with leadership and other members of the clinical team Promote compassionate, ethical and assent-centered care What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification Current Georgia LBA or eligibility to obtain one Experience providing ABA services to children with autism Strong communication, organization and leadership skills A supportive and respectful approach to supervising RBTs Ability to pass all required background checks Reliability and excitement about helping a new clinic grow Why Join Smilestone?
