Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic, home, school, and community settings. In this mission-driven, client-focused role, you will implement BCBA-designed treatment and behavior intervention plans, collect detailed data, and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, receive ongoing supervision and training, and grow your ABA skills in a compassionate, evidence-based environment dedicated to improving child and family outcomes. Some evening and weekend hours are required. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, or community settings following BCBA treatment plans. Collect accurate, real-time behavior and skill acquisition data and maintain thorough session notes. Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity, including reinforcement, prompting, and proactive strategies. Support generalization of skills across environments through play-based and structured teaching. Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and team members to review progress and adjust strategies. Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with children and caregivers aligned with organization values. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback to grow ABA skills. Follow all ethical, safety, and confidentiality standards, including crisis prevention protocols. Adhere to scheduled sessions (including evenings and weekends) and communicate schedule changes promptly. Contribute to a positive, teamwork-oriented culture focused on quality outcomes for clients.
