- 32/hr | Sign-On Bonus | 401(k) | PTO | RBT Training Available Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team in Milton, GA, Alpharetta, GA and surrounding areas.
Afternoon and After-School Cases Available Competitive Pay:
$25- 32 per hour What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect data and complete session documentation Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Travel to client homes and community-based service locations Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families Preferred Qualifications Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification through the BACB Previous experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, Mental Health Technician, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Aide, or Direct Support Professional Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Required High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to pass a background check Passion for working with children Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician certification Career Growth Opportunities At Blossom ABA Therapy, we invest in our team members.
