Job Description

Exceptional Community Services (ECS) is actively hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for their team in Monroe, GA. As an RBT , you'll provide direct, one-on-one support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You'll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track and document client progress through data collection, and support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction. Job Duties:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Provide direct therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and skill acquisition Assist in conducting skill assessments and behavior reduction procedures Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and reinforcement strategies Support clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and academic skills Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the
Behavior Analyst Certification Board Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, required Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation, required Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or developmental disabilities Take the next step toward a rewarding, purpose-driven career—apply now.
