Behavior Analyst
Job Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will serve as a hospital-based clinical and program development specialist responsible for establishing, implementing, and expanding Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within the hospital and in collaboration with regional public school systems. This position will provide clinical expertise, consultation, training, and program leadership to support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs across educational and healthcare settings. The BCBA will work closely with hospital leadership, pediatric providers, therapists, educators, administrators, and community stakeholders to develop a sustainable ABA program that improves access to evidence-based behavioral services, enhances continuity of care, and strengthens partnerships between healthcare and educational systems.
