Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional behavioral support to children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based interventions, primarily Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to help clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. ALL services are provided in-clinic. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Engage in teaching sessions that promote skill acquisition across social, communication, and adaptive domains Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Requirements Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is highly preferred Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Ability to implement ABA therapy protocols effectively Excellent client communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a person-centered approach to care Join us as an RBT and be part of a passionate team committed to transforming lives through innovative behavioral health services. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
