About Us At Success ABA, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Friday Location:
In-clinic (on-site) Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record data on client progress with accuracy and consistency Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support each client's goals Maintain active RBT certification and uphold all BACB ethical standards Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential Preferred Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field Prior experience in ABA therapy
