Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -
Pearson, GA Pay:
$20.00-$33.00 per hour

Full-time or Part-time Location:
In-person | Pearson, GA Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and record session data accurately Support communication, social, and adaptive skills Collaborate with families and clinical team Maintain timely and accurate documentation Requirements Active RBT certification (required) High School Diploma or GED (required) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to work with children with autism Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) Why Join Us Competitive pay: $25-$33/hour Supportive supervision and growth opportunities Meaningful work with children and families Why Join Us?
