Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Implementing individualized behavior analysis programming during one-on-one therapy sessions as set forth by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Implementing BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans) specific to client as set forth by a BCBA Remaining current and knowledgeable on all client programming by reading supervision and consultation notes provided by BCBA and applying all contents to therapy sessions Training incoming staff members on Applied Behavior Analysis practices and those specific to Joy Bridge Kids Completing an accurate daily log of all billable interactions and billable service hours for the Client chart and reporting all information to JoyBridge Kids Recording all behavior analysis programming in adherence to data collection guidelines set forth by Joy Bridge Kids Other activities generally performed by an RBT that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as activities related to oversight of Joy Bridge Kids programs and employees Obtaining/Maintaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (we will pay for your certification/exam process) Requirements to

Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree not required, but preferred Desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment to provide exceptional services to our children and families Professional references Reliable means of transportation Clean criminal history Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients Must be in line with JoyBridge Kids Core ValuesExcellence Integrity Teamwork Growth Passion Innovation Must demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards children always Ability to lift, squat, bend, push/pull 50 pounds as needed for therapy services Ability to work supportively with other professionals and staff Why work for
