Job Description
Innovative Behavior Options leads the way in providing in-home, center-based, and in-school ABA therapy for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. We're actively seeking passionate individuals to join our team as ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians.
Location:
ROSWELL/ JOHNS CREEK /ALPHARETTA
Therapy sessions typically range from 2 to 6 hours, occurring up to 5 days per week, with availibility between the hours of 8 am-6:30 pm . Therapy sessions take place in various settings including our center, schools, clients' homes, and within the community, under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with a pay range of $24- 30 per hour .
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in ABA/Autism Care
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Preferred Candidates:
- RBT Certification
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 48 college credit hours
- First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain certification through a face-to-face course Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurate data collection and implementation of measurement and recording procedures as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Traveling to clients' homes, daycare centers, or clinics as needed
- Adherence to lifting and movement requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods
- Utilization of the Catalyst data collection system to maintain accurate progress graphs
- Implementation of diverse teaching procedures such as discrete trial and naturalistic teaching
- Understanding and implementation of behavioral reduction interventions according to individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- Effective communication with therapy team members, caregivers, and case supervisors
- Meeting client needs, including toileting, feeding, and assisting with personal hygiene
- Representing IBO professionally and ethically to clients and colleagues
