Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Sharpsburg, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregiversRequirements:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or a related field High school diploma or equivalent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40hours certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Benefits and perks: Competitive pay Part-Time with potential of moving into full-time.
