What You'll Be Doing:

Provide behavior analysis services and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral challenges. Support and train school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents on behavior intervention techniques. Conduct assessments and adjust plans based on student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student data and outcomes. Collaborate with IEP teams to design and implement effective educational strategies. Lead parent/teacher conferences to update on student progress. Monitor and evaluate student behavior to promote a positive learning environment. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree or higher in a related field. BCBA certification is required. 1-3 years of school-based experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges. Experience supervising ABA therapists is preferred. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in behavior management and intervention plan development. Knowledge of special education regulations and best practices.
