Job Description

ESS Clinical is seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services within DeKalb County School District for the 2026-2027 school year. The BCBA will support students with behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and educational needs through evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention. The BCBA will collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, administrators, related-service providers, families, and IEP teams to develop and implement individualized behavioral supports that promote student success and access to education. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working in a collaborative school environment and is committed to data-driven, student-centered behavioral services. Pay starting at $108.00/hr up to 118.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions and support students' behavioral and educational goals. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data and monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, families, and IEP teams. Provide consultation, training, and coaching to school staff on behavioral strategies. Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, Georgia, ESS Clinical, and district requirements. Support positive, inclusive, and safe learning environments. Follow all applicable ethical, confidentiality, and school-district policies. Required Qualifications Education Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education , or a closely related field that satisfies BCBA certification requirements. Degree and coursework must meet current Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) eligibility requirements. The BACB's current BCBA eligibility pathways require a master's degree or higher together with qualifying behavior-analytic education and practical fieldwork. Professional Certification Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required. Certification must remain active throughout the assignment. Candidate must comply with current BACB continuing-education and renewal requirements. Georgia State Licensure A BCBA practicing behavior analysis in Georgia must meet the requirements for Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure. Why Join ESS Clinical?
