Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
(BCBA) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing clients with behavioral and emotional disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising the implementation of behavior-analytic services. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of children with ASD and their families. A successful candidate will be known for their ability to build strong relationships, maintain organization, demonstrate humility, show compassion, and exhibit a growth mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analysis to identify clients' needs. Provide oversite to BCBA programing, treatment plans, assessments, and data. Ensure authorizations are being utilized effectively and appropriately Conduct initial treatment plans with incoming clients. (Included but not limited to FBAs, VB-Mapp, and ABLLS) Provide parent orientations and providing support through trainings in resources Regularly monitor client performance to ensure optimal outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with families and ABA staff. Regularly meet with staff and facilitate all staff trainings. Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff in the implementation of behavior-analytic interventions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in behavior analysis, BCBA Supervisory, Psychology, special education, social work, or related field required. BCBA certification and/or licensed professional in good standing. Experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies; experience delivering these services Experience with staff training and supervision Excellent oral and written communication skills Reduction of Skills Acquisition Procedures and Staff Training Commitment to providing a high quality of service while maintaining ethical requirements as dictated by the BACB. Strong leadership ability
