No RBT certification needed, we provide paid training and full support. What You Will Do Work 1 on 1 with young children with autism Teach communication, play, and social skills Implement ABA programs and follow behavior plans Collect simple data and work closely with your BCBA What We Offer $22 to $25 per hour Guaranteed full time schedule Monday to Friday Paid RBT training Medical, dental, vision 401k Paid time off Strong BCBA mentorship and team support What You Need High school diploma Active CPR certification, a current negative TB test, and eligibility to pass a state background check. • 4 PM We require a consistent Monday through Friday availability and schedule commitment.

For part-time positions, team members must be available during the same set hours each day. For example, a part-time schedule of 8:00 AM-2:00 PM would need to be maintained Monday through Friday on a consistent basis.
