Step Ahead ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, and school settings. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and clear opportunities for advancement. •if you don't have an active RBT certification, you can enroll in our Behavior Technician program that will support you in obtaining your certification. Why Join Step Ahead ABA? $23/hour regular/billable rate (all client-facing hours). $10/hour training/non-billable rate (less than 5% of work rendered at this rate, mostly for administrative meetings/trainings). Set your own schedule by selecting availability slots, we match clients to the same time slots for better scheduling and consistency •

Our leadership team brings over a decade of clinical and operational ABA experience to ensure our RBTs and BCBAs are supported, respected, and set up for success. Requirements What this role requires Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Reliable Transportation Punctual, with strong communication skills Comfortable working with children and families in home settings Able to stay active and engaged with clients Prior ABA experience required What You'll Need to Succeed in This Role Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills A dependable, professional work ethic Ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Work Environment Sessions will be held in-home, school, or communication location position. Expectations include, but are not limited to the following: Respecting the family's home and space Leaving therapy materials on-site as needed Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required

Upon hire, you will review and sign an acknowledgment of our employee handbook, which outlines these expectations in detail. Part-time RBTs at Step Ahead ABA provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings with flexible schedules. We offer clear growth opportunities and discounted tuition through Capella University. Active RBT certification and prior ABA experience required.

Pay:

$25.50 - $28.70 per hour
