The Stepping Stones Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2025-2026 school year in O`ahu, Hawaii! This is a school-based, full-time RBT position working one-on-one with students with behavioral needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. What We're Looking For Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing Two- year Degree from an accredited institution OR 48+ College Credits OR ParaPro Assessment with a score of 459 or higher Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safety-Care/QBS Certification (or willing to obtain prior to start) Ability to work Monday-Friday between 7:50 AM and 3:30 PM, 30 hours/week Willingness to support students with mild to severe behavioral need Experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred What You'll Do Work 1 : 1 with students with behavioral challenges (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting. Collaborate with a BCBA/Case Supervisor to implement Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs). Support student growth in communication, social skills, academics, and daily living skills. Collect and document behavioral data to track progress toward goals. Maintain consistent attendance and professional communication with team and school staff.
