  • Openness to feedback and leadership development. Position Overview We are seeking a BCBA who is both a strong clinician and a systems thinker. This role includes supervising RBTs, designing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with OT and SLP providers, and contributing to a positive clinic culture. Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs with structured feedback and skill development.
  • Collaborate with OT and SLP providers for integrated programming.
  • Provide parent coaching and support generalization of skills.
  • Ensure timely, insurance-compliant documentation and data review.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic-wide systems improvement. Ideal Candidate
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Strong pediatric experience preferred.
  • Skilled in behavior plan design and ethical decision-making.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a multidisciplinary clinic model.

Full-time Pay:
$100,000.00
  • $135,000.
