Bring a positive attitude and resilience — even on the hard days. Have a strong professional work ethic — punctual, ethical, consistent, and dependable. Communicate clearly and work well with a team — you're the kind of person others can count on. Are open to feedback and continuous learning — and eager to apply what you learn right away. one year This Role May Not Be a Fit If You… Prefer a low-structure or low-demand setting.
