Our RBTs provide direct behavioral services to children and other clients while working under the supervision and direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

12:00 PM-5:00 PM or 2:30 PM-5:00

PM Pay:

25-29$ hour, based on experience and qualifications Actual days and hours may vary based on client schedules, treatment needs, school schedules, and agency needs. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral services during individual and group sessions. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Run skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs using ABA. Collect and accurately record client data. Maintain client safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality. Work collaboratively with BCBA and other clinical staff. Participate in supervision, training, and professional development. Accept feedback and follow clinical guidance from the supervising BCBA. Complete required documentation and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required. RBT certification preferred; applicants working toward RBT certification may be considered. Experience working with children and/or individuals with special needs preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team and accept feedback. Training & Requirements Employees must successfully complete required agency training, which may include: New Staff Orientation PCM/Crisis Intervention Training First Aid/CPR/AED PBIS Training

Training ABA/RBT training and competency requirements Employment may also be contingent upon successful completion of fingerprinting, background checks, and other agency requirements.
