Behavioral and Therapeutic Services of Hawaii (BTSH) is a locally-owned and operated company that currently employs qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBAs)/Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) that provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as other disabilities, in school, home, office, and community settings, through a variety of contracts with the HIDOE and various medical insurance providers. Our team is currently looking for honest, reliable, and inspiring leaders that are interested in joining a friendly and active team that focuses on therapy programs that help children and young adults. BTSH is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or those willing to become certified to teach and train individuals with learning differences. BTSH employs skilled and experienced professionals to work collaboratively with the RBT to create and maintain individualized behavioral, social, adaptive, and academic intervention plans. RBTs are the backbone of each team and practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA. RBTs provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families. They are responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs as directed by the BCBA. RBT's are tasked with building therapeutic rapport, implementing programs, communicating changes and improvements in clients, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members. BTSH services clients island-wide in schools, homes, clinics and in the community. Minimal high school diploma required, college credits/degree preferred.
