Responsibilities Achieve RBT first Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to enhance their independence and quality of life. Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions. Provide support in various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote effective behavior management strategies. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Skills Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and principles. Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Strong understanding of behavioral health concepts and practices. Ability to effectively manage behaviors using evidence-based strategies. Experience in special education settings is preferred. Competence in data collection methods for monitoring client progress. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
