Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and skill development Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging activities Maintain consistent communication with team members and families to ensure cohesive care strategies Follow all safety protocols and ethical guidelines to promote a secure and respectful environment Document session details thoroughly and submit reports in accordance with program standards Skills Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds Excellent observational skills to accurately record behaviors and progress Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement therapy plans precisely Energetic, motivated, and committed to making a positive difference in clients' lives Basic understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles is preferred but not required; training provided if needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours based on client needs Embark on a meaningful career path where your enthusiasm fuels transformative change!
