Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals, particularly children, with autism. You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to provide effective behavioral therapy and support. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential in promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care strategies. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis and patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their backgrounds and needs. Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and special education. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential. Proficient knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Familiarity with working with people with autism and other disabilities is preferred. Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical terminology. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
