Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve as a Float BCBA supporting clinics across our network. In this role, you will conduct functional assessments, design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight for children with autism in home and center-based settings. You will supervise and coach behavior technicians, analyze data to guide interventions, and partner closely with families. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for children with autism. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans based on data. Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to behavior technicians. Review and analyze session data to inform treatment decisions and progress updates. Collaborate with families to provide training, coaching, and support in ABA strategies. Coordinate with clinical and administrative team members across multiple clinic locations. Ensure documentation, reports, and treatment notes meet clinical and regulatory standards. Maintain high ethical and clinical standards aligned with BACB guidelines. Travel as needed to support multiple centers and in-home programs as a float BCBA. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a learning-focused culture.
