New View Autism Clinic is a child-led, neurodiversity-affirming ABA clinic that values play, autonomy, and individuality. We primarily use Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) to foster meaningful growth while respecting the unique ways children engage with the world. What You'll Do:
Follow the child's lead while embedding learning opportunities in play and daily activities Support children in developing communication, self-advocacy, and life skills in a natural, engaging way Encourage alternative communication (AAC, sign language, scripts, gesturing) Honor and validate stimming, sensory needs, and individual learning styles Work in a fast-paced, active environment Collaborate with a dynamic team of BCBAs and therapists to implement personalized intervention plans Think outside the box to make learning fun, meaningful, and engaging Collect data and provide feedback on client progress
What We're Looking For:
An energetic, flexible, and creative professional who enjoys being on the move A commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices and child-led learning Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt in the moment and individualize interventions based on client needs Experience working with neurodivergent children/individuals (preferred, but not required)
Requirements:
RBT certification is preferred but not required If you are willing to get an RBT certification, you are welcome to apply! High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred) Ability to be active throughout the day, including walking, kneeling, and engaging in play-based activities A passion for supporting neurodivergent children in a respectful and affirming way
