Foundations for Independence has an immediate opening for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Our agency offers a fun and rewarding environment and strive to create a supportive atmosphere that promotes growth and learning. The role of the RBT is to provide in-home, center, and community-based ABA services to children with a Developmental Disabilities and/or problem behaviors ages 3-21. We serve clients in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Emmett, Caldwell, Etc.

Job duties include:

• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
• Remains in compliance with the BACB guidelines which includes obtaining supervision via a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is provided by Foundations for Independence.
• Participate in team meetings and assigned trainings.
• Ensure that the client is always in a safe environment
• Follows the policies and procedures of Foundations for Independence
• Follow BACB code of ethics

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma is required---Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Pass Background Check
• Must have the RBT certification or willing to obtain certification upon hire.

Foundations for Independence offers the training at no cost to the employee.

Wage:

• Starting wage will be based on experience with a range of $18.

Foundations For Independence provides services all over the treasure valley including but not limited to; Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Emmett.
