Position Overview As an RBT / Behavior Specialist, you will work directly with children in our clinic to implement individualized ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will support skill development in: Communication Emotional regulation Social skills Daily living skills Behavior reduction and replacement skill acquisition You will not be left to "figure it out." Training, supervision, and collaboration are built into our structure. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans with fidelity Collect accurate session data Maintain professional and ethical standards Participate in supervision and team meetings Contribute to a safe, organized clinic environment Qualifications Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) High school diploma required; related coursework preferred Reliable attendance and professionalism Passion for working with children Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude Experience is valued—integrity and consistency are essential.
Schedule Options Part-Time:
15-29 hours/weekFull-Time:
30-40 hours/week Full-time track includes guaranteed minimum weekly hours. Set schedules hourly schedules.
