- OR•certificate of completion of a 40-hour RBT training course recognized and accepted by the BACB•OR•work experience as a BT in the field of ABA High school diploma or GED 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs Ability to obtain CPR certification before your employment start date Ability to pass a criminal background check Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team Desire for ongoing professional development and training Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting Benefits Competitive, equitable pay based on experience working in the field of ABA, related fields, and education $1,000 bonus Paid initial and ongoing training Employee Rewards Program•earn reward points for being awesome and spend them like real cash!
