In person | School-Based About the Role EMP Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based assignment in Lapwai, Idaho. This role primarily provides 1:1 behavioral support to students ages 3-21 under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students. Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and document behavioral data. Support students with skill development and behavior goals. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and clinical team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Requirements Active Idaho RBT credential required. Experience working with children or adolescents preferred. School-based or ABA experience preferred. Strong communication, patience, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively under BCBA supervision. Compensation $38.00/hour without a bachelor's degree. $48.00/hour with a bachelor's degree. Estimated weekly pay of $1,330-$1,680 based on 35 hours/week. Full-time school-year contract.
