This is a great opportunity for paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, RBTs , and bachelor's level professionals who enjoy helping students succeed.

Schedule:

Approximately 35 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Pay Rates:

Behavior Interventionist or Paraprofessional:

$19 per hour

Registered Behavior Technician:

$25 per hour Bachelor's level

Behavior Interventionist:

Pay is negotiable based on qualifications and experience W2 position with weekly pay every

School year contract Position Overview The Behavior Interventionist will provide consistent 1:1 behavioral and academic support to an assigned student. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, comfortable following behavior plans, and passionate about helping students succeed in the school environment. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 support based on the student's individual needs Implement IEP goals and behavioral support plans Support classroom instruction, participation, and student engagement Assist with emotional regulation and positive behavior strategies Collect behavioral or academic data as directed Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the clinical support team Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Complete other student support responsibilities as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience working with children, students with special needs, or individuals with behavioral needs preferred Active RBT certification required to qualify for the RBT pay rate A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, special education, human services, or a related field may qualify for the negotiable bachelor's level rate Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and reliability Ability to work the complete school schedule Comfortable providing dedicated 1:1 behavioral support Benefits Include W2 contract Weekly paycheck every Friday Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan options Professional development and interview preparation support Ongoing clinical and administrative support Onboarding and Reimbursement Drug screening is prepaid by Bilingual Therapies Fingerprinting, TB testing, and physical examinations required by the school are reimbursed during the second week of pay after receipts are submitted Licensure or certification costs required to begin the position are also eligible for reimbursement You do not need to be bilingual to apply.
