Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation. Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and professional. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
