Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families

Qualifications:

A Registered Behavior Technician RBT must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community and in-home services Clean background check required for working with children and families
