9021 Ogden Avenue Brookfield, IL 60513 CSS is a private not-for-profit social/human services agency that initiates, provides and promotes services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families, within their communities, in order to strengthen their independence, self-esteem and ability to participate in and contribute to community life. We are seeking a passionate, creative, full time or part time Behavior Analyst/BCBA to join our team . Responsibilities are focused on developing and facilitating programming for an assigned caseload.
Job responsibilities include:
Conduct functional assessments. Develop Behavioral Support Plans. Responsible for timely clinical documentation. Develop communication tools and individualized behavioral supports. Train agency staff and and family members on behavioral plan. Facilitate ongoing data collection and data analysis. Generate Monthly Behavioral Summary reports. Serve on the agency's Behavior Committee. Attend Team and Service Plan meetings. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some nights and weekends. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Masters Degree in related social service field required. Minimum 1 year work experience with people who have developmentally disabilities. BCBA certification, or eligible for certification, required. Ability to bill under the Medicaid waiver (Level 1 or Level 2) and or private insurance. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of DHS and CARF standards. Valid Illinois driver's license in good standing with ability to travel to multiple sites, required.
