Location:
In-person sessions at our Oak Lawn center and in-home sessions within a 5-mile radius What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Follow individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Teach and support communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect data and document progress during therapy sessions Help children build independence and reach their goals Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Maintain professional and ethical standards while providing quality care What We're Looking For Current RBT certification or willingness to become certified through our FREE 40-hour RBT training program High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Someone who enjoys working with children and has a passion for helping others Experience working with children, autism, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Dependable, patient, and eager to learn Schedule Flexible scheduling available We are open 7 days a week Full-time and part-time opportunities available Schedules are created based on employee availability and client needs Why Join ACT?
