This is not a traditional BCBA role. This is an opportunity to launch, design, and scale an ABA program within an already established, thriving multidisciplinary therapy practice. We are a growing practice based in Chicago, and we are expanding our services to include ABA. We're looking for the right leader to own this division from the ground up. We handle the rest. Your Role Launch and scale a high-quality ABA program within our existing practice Develop clinical systems, workflows, and program structure Recruit, train, and lead BCBAs and RBTs Ensure strong clinical outcomes and an exceptional client experience Build something that reflects your leadership, vision, and standards Who This Is For This role is for someone who: Is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Has experience building or directing a successful ABA program (required) Thinks like an operator and leader , not just a clinician Wants true ownership, autonomy, and financial upside Is ready to build something meaningful within a strong, supportive structure Compensation Profit-sharing model with uncapped earnings Your income scales with the success of the program No ceiling — your growth drives your compensation The Vision We are not simply "adding ABA."
