MondayFriday, school hours School-Based RBTs may provide: Direct 1:1 behavioral support and intervention for students Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Data collection and progress monitoring Support with daily living, communication, and social skills development Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Assistance during IEP meetings and behavioral planning sessions Crisis intervention and de-escalation support Classroom support and assistance with instructional activities

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required P.E.L required High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred School-based or ABA experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation:

This is a W-2 hourly position. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and school district. Hourly rates are competitive and negotiable.
