Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and current registry Experience working in school settings or with children is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Willingness to adapt to dynamic classroom environments and varying student needs Reliable, professional, and committed to student growth and confidentiality Key daily responsibilities: Engage directly with students to reinforce positive behaviors and teach essential life skills Collect and record detailed data on student behavior and progress Work closely with teachers and BCBAs to adapt and follow individualized treatment plans Provide supportive guidance, encouragement, and motivation to help students progress Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere focused on student achievement If you are passionate about making a difference in education, this contract position offers hands-on experience and the chance to develop your skills as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student success.
