Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or educational settings Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans under supervision Detail-oriented with reliable documentation and data collection skills Compassion and patience when supporting students with varying needs What youll do: Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions for students, following guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect accurate data and report on student progress as part of a multidisciplinary school team Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families Adapt interventions for differing individual needs and classroom environments Foster a supportive, inclusive setting to encourage student growth Participate in ongoing professional development or training sessions as needed Enjoy the fulfillment that comes with helping students thrive in their learning environment, while building valuable experience in applied behavior analysis within schools.
