Position Overview:
As an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at All Around ABA, you will implement evidence-based ABA programs under BCBA supervision, support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, and provide individualized care in clients' homes. RBTs are responsible for accurate data collection and session documentation. Because services are provided in-home, travel is required, and RBTs must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance. We are seeking dependable, compassionate RBTs who are committed to providing consistent, high-quality care to the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized 1:1 ABA support across functional domains, including adaptive skills, communication, social skills, and behavior reduction. Implement individualized treatment plans by directly executing skill acquisition and behavior intervention procedures using evidence-based ABA methodologies. Follow BCBA-directed treatment protocols and intervention strategies to support client progress and achievement of developmental and behavioral goals. Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data in real time and complete objective session notes within the final 10-15 minutes of each session. Demonstrate reliability and flexibility with scheduling, including providing timely notice of absences or changes and assisting with make-up sessions when needed and when availability allows to support continuity of care. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and the RBT Ethics Code, and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all client and team interactions.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license or ID RBT Certification (required) Reliable transportation and active auto-insurance policy High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) Bilingual is a plus but not required Must be available after school hours
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to move frequently:
sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, bend, and transition between positions during sessions Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and track data Ability to drive/travel between multiple locations (if necessary).
