Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and all relevant licenses required Demonstrated experience providing behavioral and educational support in school settings Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and families Ability to conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and track progress Organized, solution-oriented, and willing to collaborate within an educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for students Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive interventions Train school staff in behavioral strategies and interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and educational goals Provide ongoing consultation, guidance, and crisis intervention when needed Partner with families to communicate progress and strategies for continued growth If youre ready to use your expertise to positively impact students experiences and outcomes in a supportive school community, wed love to connect with you.
