As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians / RBTs—and select candidates with strong relevant experience who are ready to become RBT certified—to join our team. This is a part-time role with schedules and pairing built thoughtfully around clinical need and candidate availability. Successful candidates have previous ABA experience, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, are able to support various treatment plans and enjoy working with others in the field by providing advice, guidance and a helpful, calm presence during stressful situations. We have an immediate need for candidates with afternoon availability . Proposed schedules are shared to ensure clinical appropriateness, ethical staffing, and candidate availability. What You'll Do Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 3-15 Accurately take data and follow BCBA-designed programming Communicate professionally with families and clinical team members Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans Participate in supervision, shadowing, and ongoing coaching Maintain calm, compassion, and professionalism during challenging behaviors Follow all policies, safety guidelines, and clinical expectations Maintain reliable attendance once scheduled Required Qualifications Experience working with children and individuals with special needs and those with the autism diagnosis Strong critical thinking and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction, accept feedback, and ask questions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, punctuality, and ethical work practices Comfortable working in-home or in-clinic Reliable transportation to all assigned sessions Eligible to work in the U.S. and within the State of Illinois Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification Commitment to becoming RBT certified within 6 months (if not currently active)
