Hours/Week Hourly Rate:
$50-60/hour About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K-12. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation. What You'll Do Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K-12 schools Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings Caseload Details District-wide K-12 caseload Two days per week Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills Why Join AnthroMed Education Part-time flexibility with a consistent school-year schedule Competitive hourly compensation of $50-60/hour Access to a dedicated Clinical Support team Therapy resources, CEUs, and professional development opportunities A collaborative, responsive culture focused on supporting clinicians Dedicated recruiter and ongoing support throughout the school year Learn more about us: www.
