You will support individuals in building essential skills, increasing independence, and improving overall quality of life. RBTs are the heart of our mission—working hands‑on with clients and families each day. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, speech/language, social work, or a related field (preferred) Experience working with children and/or managing challenging behaviors in home‑based therapy, school settings, or similar environments (preferred) Strong time‑management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Access to a working cell phone and computer; comfort using a tablet/iPad Availability after school hours, evenings, and weekends, as these are peak client service times Certification with the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! Work Hours & Availability Tentative service hours range Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the North and Northwest Suburbs. Because many of our clients are school‑aged, some availability between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM is required . Hours and locations may vary based on client needs. Salary Range $18.00 - $26.00 per hour , based on education, work experience, and certification status.
